Using this store
These terms apply to purchases through mresor.com. By placing an order, you provide accurate contact, payment and shipping details and agree to the price and terms displayed before submission. Product availability, selected options and purchase contents are shown in each listing and checkout. We may correct a clear listing error before fulfillment and will notify you of any material order change.
Orders and payment
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; fulfillment may depend on payment authorization, stock and fraud review. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate operational reason and promptly refund any captured payment for unshipped goods. The available payment methods and final U.S. dollar total appear at checkout. Do not send sensitive payment credentials by email.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains free Standard service, eligible destinations and estimated timing. The Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day return request window, eligible prepaid returns and refund timing. Those policies form part of the purchase information. A delayed unshipped order gives you the choice described in the Shipping Policy.
