Overview and the information involved
mresor collects the details needed to operate an online outdoor-accessory store: contact and delivery information, order and selected-product information, payment status or limited transaction records, customer-support and return communications, and device or usage information generated when the site is used. Payment card details are handled by checkout and payment providers; we do not ask customers to email complete card numbers or security codes.
Where information comes from and why
Information comes from what you enter at checkout or in a contact form, from your use of the site, and from service providers that help complete a transaction. We use it to process orders, show accurate totals, ship goods, provide tracking, answer product-fit questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain the site and meet legal obligations. We may retain a record of the item and option selected so we can resolve order questions.
Providers and disclosure
Shopify hosts store and checkout functions. Payment processors, delivery providers and technical vendors may receive the information needed for their roles. The embedded Google map on Contact loads directly and may transmit your IP address, browser details and map interactions to Google. The map is tied to our correspondence address; it is not a claim of a walk-in store. We disclose information when required by law or to protect transactions and rights. We do not treat Shopify or a payment provider as the merchandise seller.
Cookies, pixels and choices
Necessary technologies support cart, checkout and security. Preference technologies can remember choices. Analytics and advertising cookies or pixels, if enabled, can measure visits or ads and may be subject to separate consent or opt-out rules. We do not claim that Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing, Google Analytics, Enhanced Conversions or personalized advertising are active merely because they are described here; if any are enabled, their data use is governed by the applicable controls and disclosures. Closing a banner does not by itself establish that no tracking occurred, and this policy is not consent to optional tracking. Use browser settings, the controls actually offered on this site and Your Privacy Choices. If Enhanced Conversions or a similar feature is enabled in the future, hashing an email address or phone number before sending it to a provider does not make the data anonymous; it remains personal-information processing subject to applicable notice, rights and controls.
Retention, security, children and location
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, tax or legal records, dispute handling and security, then delete or deidentify it as appropriate. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is risk-free. This store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. Shopify and other providers may process information outside your state or country under their applicable protections.
State privacy rights and opt-outs
Depending on your state and the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information, and may opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; other states provide differing rights. Use Your Privacy Choices where the native process is available, including supported Global Privacy Control signals, or email us for help. The existence of a link does not assert that a sale or sharing practice currently occurs. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law, though a legally permitted difference related to the value of data or a requested service may apply where disclosed and allowed.
Making and appealing a request
Email support@mresor.com with “Privacy request” and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may verify identity using information appropriate to the request and may need evidence that an authorized agent may act for you; where law permits, we may verify directly with the consumer. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful extension or denial. If you disagree with a decision, reply with “Privacy appeal”; we will review it and explain the result and any further option required by your state. We do not promise one identical deadline or procedure for every state.

Product-fit and return messages
If you ask whether a navigation case fits your device, we may use the product and measurements you provide to answer. If you report a missing pouch component or request a return, we may associate that message and any photos you choose to send with the order so we can resolve it. Do not include complete payment-card numbers, security codes or passwords in these messages.
